- Pre-order or back-order items will ship once stock becomes available.

5. Packaging & Protection

- Trading cards are shipped using top loaders, sleeves, team bags, or rigid mailers.
- Sealed products are padded and boxed for safe transit.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Collect Card Game LLC is not responsible for:
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a package is lost or severely delayed, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

- Provide photos of the packaging and items
We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
