1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Time Window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

1.2 Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • For trading cards, sealed products must be sealedsingle cards must be in the same condition received.
  • Products opened from factory-sealed packaging cannot be returned.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or tampered sealed products
  • Digital products or codes
  • Clearance, final-sale, or mystery items
  • Graded cards
  • Event tickets or tournament entries

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

2.2 Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection.
If the item is not in acceptable condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

  1. Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the packaging and items.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost after verification.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they ship.
  • Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Collect Card Game LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.
